Cement Mill is mainly used for grinding various cement clinker or other materials in building material, metallurgical, electric and chemical industries.
a. Common Cement Mill
It is mainly used in cycle grinding system, with features of high grinding efficiency, high production, low power consumption. Especially, when grinding slag cement, its performance is more outstanding. Generally speaking. Production could be 10-20% higher, and power consumption 10% lower. Besides, product temperature could reduce 20-40℃ and product fineness is easy to adjust.
b. High fineness & production
It is mainly used in open flow grinding system. with features of simple equipment system & process flow, saving investment, less building area. Regarding structure, it has advanced & special material separating diaphram device inside, adds activation device to fine grinding chamber, and has discharging grate plate at mill outlet, thus to reduce the size of grinding media at the most and promote the grinding efficiency highly, realise the purpose of high production & low power consumption.
Take the cement mill for example. Material is fed to the rough grinding chamber in the mill through the chute of feeding device. Grinding medium of large size impacts on the material and then material is crushed. Fines go into the fine grinding chamber through double partition. It is further impact and ground by the grinding medium of small size. Production of required fineness flows through the discharging pipe and is discharged from the discharging device. It is separated in the separator. Cold air flows in the mill to reduce the temperature inside. Fine powder is conveyed out of the mill to guarantee the product quality and improve the grinding efficiency.
