The supporting wheel device bears the weight of the whole rotary part (mainly the cylinder, the lining brick, the heat exchange device in the kiln, the material, the rolling ring and the gear ring), and makes the cylinder and the rolling ring rotate smoothly on the supporting wheel. The supporting wheel supports the operation of rotary kiln, and the ball mill supporting wheel bearing is the key to support the normal operation of rotary kiln.

The process flow is as follows:
Step 1: Simulation and modeling
Before casting, the casting process is simulated by CAE software, and the process analysis and quality prediction and optimization of the product's molding process are carried out.
