Ball pressing mechanism
The structure of ball press consists of three parts: feeding part; Transmission part; Forming part.

1, feeding part, mainly to achieve quantitative feeding to ensure that the material evenly into the roller. The spiral feeding device is driven by the electromagnetic speed regulating motor and rotates by the belt pulley and worm reducer, forcing the pressed material into the main feed port. 2, drive part, the main drive system is: motor -- triangle belt -- reducer -- open gear -- roller. The main machine is powered by the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, through the belt pulley, cylindrical gear reducer, through the rod pin coupling to the drive shaft. The drive shaft and the passive shaft run synchronously through the open gear. Behind the passive bearing seat is a hydraulic device. Hydraulic protection device is by the hydraulic pump high pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder, so that the piston produces axial displacement. The front connecting head of the piston rod is mounted on the bearing seat to meet production pressure requirements.
